Herzlich willkommen auf unserem Schmiedhof, wir sind Familie Andexer, Ihre Gastgeber. Das Schmiedhofgut, unser Paradies, ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Seit vielen Jahrzehnten ist der Hof im Besitz unserer Familie und es ist an der Zeit, dass Sie ein Stück dieses Glücks kennen und lieben lernen. Der Schmiedhof ist dort, wo Tradition und Moderne aufeinandertreffen und inmitten der herrlichen Natur von Großarl zur Vollendung finden.

Mit der Erst-Eröffnung unseres Restaurants "Schmiede" entsteht in Großarl ein besonderes Gastronomiekonzept mit Einblick in die Landwirtschaft und hochwertigen Produkten aus der Region. Für den Aufbau dieses Projekts suchen wir 1 Kellner_in für eine Erst-Eröffnung -> Das Besondere an diesem Projekt ist das außergewöhnliche Gastronomiekonzept: Das Restaurant entsteht in Verbindung mit einem umgebauten Stallbereich und bietet den Gästen einen direkten Einblick in die Landwirtschaft. Regionale Herkunft, Authentizität und hochwertige Produkte stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt.

* Arbeitsort: 5611 Großarl

* Arbeitsbeginn: ab Anfang Dezember (nach Vereinbarung)

* Beschäftigung: Vollzeit, Ganzjahresstelle möglich

Ihre Aufgaben:

* À-la-carte-Service

* Aufnahme von Bestellungen

* Gästebetreuung in der Gastronomie

* Getränkeservice

* Kassieren im Gastgewerbe

* Mise en Place

* Speiseservice

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kellner/Kellnerin oder dementsprechende Praxis in diesem Bereich

* Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Einsatzbereitschaft

* Serviceorientierung
