Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 4 Kellner_in im Hotelrestaurant mit Beginn nach Vereinbarung Vollzeit

Werde Teil unseres Teams und begleite die Neueröffnung unseres Hotels im Dezember 26!

Deine Aufgaben:

* Professionelle Betreuung und Bedienung unserer Gäste während des Frühstücks- und Abendservices

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und erstklassigen Serviceablaufs

* Freundliche und kompetente Beratung bei Speisen und Getränken

* Aufnahme von Bestellungen sowie fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken

* Vor- und Nachbereitung des Restaurants sowie Mise en Place

* Eindecken und stilvolles Herrichten der Tische nach den Standards der Fünf-Sterne-Hotellerie

* Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Hygiene gemäß den geltenden HACCP-Richtlinien

* Professioneller Umgang mit Gästewünschen sowie souveräne Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

* Mitwirkung bei besonderen Veranstaltungen, Banketten und exklusiven Events

* Aktiver Verkauf und Empfehlung von Speisen, Getränken und Weinbegleitungen.

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie bzw. mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Fünf-Sterne-Hotellerie oder in einem vergleichbaren anspruchsvollen Serviceumfeld

* Ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität sowie ein gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten

* Hervorragende Umgangsformen und hohe Serviceorientierung

* Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen

* Belastbarkeit sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

* Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

* Wein- und Getränkekenntnisse sind wünschenswert

* Bereitschaft, die hohen Standards eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels täglich mit Leidenschaft zu leben.
