DEINE AUFGABEN: - Operative Mitarbeit im Servicebereich: Betreuung unserer Gäste im á la carte Geschäft sowie bei Bankettveranstaltungen und Events. - Gästebetreuung und -zufriedenheit: Freundliche Begrüßung, Platzierung der Gäste und Erfüllung ihrer Wünsche - immer mit einem Lächeln und hoher Servicebereitschaft. - Servieren von Speisen und Getränken: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs und einer exzellenten Präsentation unserer Speisen und Getränke. - Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen: Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Gestaltung von Banketten und Events, inklusive Mise en Place und Sauberkeit der Arbeitsbereiche. - Aktives Verkaufen am Gast: Empfehlen von Speisen und Getränken und Nutzung jeder Gelegenheit, um den Umsatz zu steigern. - Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards: Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller vorgegebenen Standards, einschließlich HACCP-Richtlinien. - Teamarbeit: Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit dem gesamten Team, um unseren Gästen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu bieten.

DEIN PROFIL: - Du hast eine abgeschlossene Lehre oder Ausbildung im Bereich der Gastronomie - Erfahrung im Servicebereich: Du bringst Erfahrung im á la carte Geschäft sowie im Bankett- und Eventbereich mit. - Gastgebermentalität: Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und liebst es, Gäste zu verwöhnen. - Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit: Du bewahrst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und bist bereit, flexibel auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste einzugehen. - Teamplayer: Du arbeitest gerne im Team und unterstützt Deine Kolleg, wo es nötig ist. - Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du bist kommunikativ und kannst Dich gut auf unterschiedliche Gäste und Situationen einstellen. - Liebe zum Detail: Du achtest auf die kleinen Dinge, die den Unterschied machen und trägst zur perfekten Atmosphäre bei.
