Zur Verstärkung unseres motivierten Teams im VITAL & SPORTHOTEL BRIXEN suchen wir für unseren Service ab sofort in Daueranstellung eine(n) Mitarbeiter(In) als 1 Kellner (m/w/d) Restaurant, Bar etc. - evtl. Serviceleitung: "Service ist Deine Leidenschaft"

Dein Service

Frühstück - Menü oder Buffet - Bar - das sind je nach deinen Fähigkeiten die idealen Arbeitsplätze.

Von der Vorbereitung bis zum Serviceende bist du mit dem Herzen dabei. Von der Begrüßung bis zum Abschied hast du ein Lächeln für die Gäste parat. Gästebetreuung in der Gastronomie ist einfach dein Ding.

Wir haben die nettesten Gäste. Und die wünschen sich auch das netteste Serviceteam.

Du kennst fast alle Handgriffe, wenn du autonom arbeitest, doch du unterstützt auch deine Kolleg:innen im Team, wann immer es geht.

Dein Profil

* Du hast erste oder auch bereits längere Erfahrungen in der Hotellerie, Tourismus-, Kreuzfahrtbranche oder Vergleichbarem, praktisch oder gerne auch durch deine abgeschlossene Ausbildung.

* Du bist vom Herzen Gastgeber. Stets trägst du ein Lächeln mit dir, bewahrst auch in turbulenten Momenten die Ruhe, findest jederzeit freundliche Worte.

* Tägliches Dazulernen macht dir Freude.

* Deutsch kannst du sicher, Englisch kann hilfreich sein.

* Für dich sind Flexibilität, Motivation, Einsatzfreude, Loyalität und Teamfähigkeit wichtig.

* Wiedereinsteiger:innen willkommen. Teilzeit auf Anfrage möglich.

NEUES MITARBEITER:INNENHAUS und mehr

Bei uns gilt: Wenn die Arbeit stimmt, soll auch die Freizeit stimmen. Deshalb haben wir ein neues Mitarbeiter:innenhaus mit hochwertigen Studios in Hotelstandard gebaut, ermöglichen Sport & Fitness und Vieles mehr.

Langjährige Mitarbeiter:innen zeigen, dass man sich bei uns im Team wohlfühlen kann. Langweilig wird es nie. Dazu sehr angenehme Gäste und eine fast familiäre Atmosphäre in den wunderbaren Kitzbüheler Alpen mit diversen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die du in deiner Freizeit genießen kannst.

Im Regelfall bist du nach deinen Wünschen entweder mit einer 5-Tage/40 Stunden-Woche oder einer 6-Tage/48 Stunden-Woche aktiv (außer bei Teilzeit). Dafür erhältst du je nach Qualifikation und Betriebszugehörigkeit bei uns natürlich eine übertarifliche Bezahlung - später wachsen Leistung und Gehalt gleichermaßen. Des Weiteren wird ein anteilmäßiges 13.+14. Gehalt ausbezahlt.

ÜBRIGENS: Wir sind kein klassisches Saisonhotel mit nur 3-5 Monaten je Saison. Wir haben fast das ganze Jahr geöffnet und bieten somit die Möglichkeit auch langfristig Arbeit und Lohn zu haben.

Personalessen ist für dich kostenfrei.

Und in der Freizeit gibt es auch das benötigte Wellness- und Fitness-Programm.
