Functieomschrijving – Kelner/Kelnerin Brasserie

Als kelner/kelnerin ben je het gezicht van onze brasserie. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten zich welkom voelen en genieten van een vlotte, vriendelijke en professionele bediening.

Jouw taken

  • Verwelkomen en begeleiden van gasten bij aankomst.
  • Opnemen van bestellingen en correct doorgeven aan keuken en bar.
  • Serveren van dranken, gerechten en desserts.
  • Informeren van gasten over het menu, gerechten en eventuele allergenen.
  • Opvolgen van tafels en zorgen voor een goede service gedurende het volledige bezoek.
  • Afrekenen en correct verwerken van betalingen.
  • Afruimen, indekken en netjes houden van tafels en zaal.
  • Aanvullen van dranken, servies en andere benodigdheden.
  • Mee instaan voor de algemene orde, netheid en hygiëne in de zaal en aan de bar.
  • Samenwerken met keuken- en zaalteam om een vlotte service te garanderen.
  • Problemen of opmerkingen van gasten op een klantvriendelijke manier behandelen en doorgeven aan de verantwoordelijke wanneer nodig.
  • Meehelpen bij het openen en afsluiten van de zaak.

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, verzorgd en enthousiast.
  • Je werkt graag met mensen en hebt een gastvrije houding.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed omgaan met drukke momenten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Ervaring in de horeca is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en inzet zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar tijdens weekdagen, avonden en/of weekends, afhankelijk van de planning.

Een positieve ingesteldheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en vooral zin om onze gasten een fijne ervaring te bezorgen. Je hebt oog voor detail en begrijpt dat een goede service niet alleen draait om het brengen van eten en drinken, maar ook om gastvrijheid, tempo en een vriendelijke uitstraling.

  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, verzorgd en enthousiast.
  • Je hebt een professionele en gastvrije houding tegenover klanten.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en betrouwbaar en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en ordelijk.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed functioneren tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Je hebt een goede communicatie met klanten en collega's.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, service en hygiëne.
  • Je bent flexibel wat betreft werkuren en bereid om op avonden en weekends te werken.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist. Kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en draagt bij aan een professionele uitstraling van de brasserie.
