Als Zaalmedewerker/Kelner/Hulpkelner voor deze job in Aalst:

• Zet je de zaal klaar: 'mise-en-place', drank, bedieningsmateriaal, … en help je bij het schoonmaken van meubelen en materiaal. Je bergt het bedieningsmateriaal op en rangschikt het en je bewaakt de orde en netheid in de zaal.

• Je verwijdert volle vuilniszakken en plaatst er nieuwe. Je verzamelt en rangschikt het leeggoed.

• Help je bij de bediening, ruim je af en hou je de tafels en hun omgeving netjes.

• Zet je de tafel klaar voor de volgende klant. Je werkt in een bar, brasserie, een (gastronomisch) restaurant, een hotel, een banket- of receptiezaal, een theesalon, enz. Je werkt rechtstaand en loopt voor de bediening veel af en aan tussen zaal en keuken.

• Bedien je de klanten vriendelijk en volgens de regels en je hebt een goed visueel geheugen.

• Beweeg je soepel. Je past de nodige hygiënische regels toe.

• Draag je de opgelegde werkkledij of een uniform.
