Als Kennismanager maak jij direct impact op de kwaliteit van onze klant- en supportprocessen. Samen met je collega's werk je aan kennisontwikkeling, adoptie van nieuwe werkwijzen en systeemwijzigingen en effectieve informatievoorziening, zodat we onze dienstverlening continu kunnen verbeteren. Als Kennismanager geef je vorm aan kennisdeling, kennismanagement en leren & ontwikkelen binnen het team Customer & Business Support. Zo zorg je ervoor dat collega's en klanten kunnen blijven rekenen op betrouwbare, toegankelijke en actuele informatie en draag je bij aan een efficiënte dienstverlening en een optimale klantbeleving. Binnen Tennet kom je te werken in het Customer & Business Services team, bestaande uit 17 collega's. - Je ontwikkelt en implementeert kennismanagement instrumenten zodat kennis duurzaam wordt geborgd binnen de organisatie. - Je beheert, optimaliseert en bewaakt kennisartikelen, werkinstructies en kennisomgevingen zodat informatie actueel, volledig, vindbaar en eenvoudig toepasbaar blijft. - Je analyseert gebruiksdata, feedback en kennisbehoeften zodat verbeterkansen inzichtelijk worden gemaakt en vertaald kunnen worden naar concrete acties. - Je adviseert stakeholders over kennisprocessen, eigenaarschap en kwaliteitsverbeteringen zodat kennisontwikkeling en kennisdeling effectief worden georganiseerd. - Je stemt af met onder andere processpecialisten, product owners, business analisten en implementation managers zodat nieuwe kennis rondom processen, systemen en producten tijdig wordt gevalideerd, geïmplementeerd en geborgd. - Je ontwikkelt en verzorgt trainingen, onboardingprogramma's en adoptieactiviteiten zodat nieuwe processen, systemen en werkwijzen succesvol worden toegepast binnen de organisatie.
