Lijkt het jou daarnaast leuk om te proeven van hét leven op een eiland? Van der Valk is een fantastische leerschool om alle kneepjes van het koksvak te leren. In onze keuken wordt op hoog niveau gekookt en kan het soms razend druk zijn. Het is dus hard werken. Maar tegelijkertijd geeft het je een kick om te zien dat de gasten echt genieten van alle culinaire gerechten die jij samen met je collega's hebt bereid. Naast het harde werken, is er ruimte om te genieten van het eilandleven waar je een vakantie gevoel van krijgt! Vanaf september is er bij Van der Valk Hotel Texel - De Koog ruimte in de keuken voor een leerling. Vereisten Wat ga je doen als keuken leerling? - Je ondersteunt het keukenteam met de mise en place van de gerechten - Je maakt zelfstandig de heerlijkste basisgerechten - Je draagt bij aan een indrukwekkende presentatie van de gerechten - Je helpt met het opruimen van de keuken - Je beoordeelt de kwaliteit van te gebruiken producten/ingrediënten (versheid, houdbaarheid e.d.) Werken bij Van der Valk? Wij bieden je een prettige werkplek en leuke extraatjes! Als leerling ben je bereid om alles aan te pakken. Je bent creatief, leergierig en een echte teamspeler. Onze keukenbrigade neemt je graag mee in de kokswereld en stimuleert jou om het beste uit jezelf te halen. Je bent beschikbaar vanaf september en bent flexibel inzetbaar.
