Voor een groeiend voedingsbedrijf in Brugge zijn we op zoek naar een Keukencoördinator die ondersteuning biedt bij de dagelijkse organisatie van het atelier.

Jobomschrijving

Wat zijn jouw taken?

Als Keukencoördinator ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van het atelier en zorg je mee voor een vlotte productie, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en samenwerking.

  • ondersteunen van de dagelijkse organisatie in het atelier, waaronder mixen, kneden, vullen en bakken, en mee opvolgen van de productieplanning en prioriteiten
  • fungeren als aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer, taken verdelen, collega's ondersteunen en waken over een vlotte samenwerking
  • toezien op kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid volgens HACCP/IFS, inclusief de opvolging van CCP's en registraties
  • productieformulieren, reinigingslijsten en temperatuurregisters correct invullen en controleren, en mee waken over traceerbaarheid en allergenenbeheer
  • correct gebruik van installaties zoals kneders, ovens en mengers opvolgen, kleine technische problemen melden of aanpakken en de orde en netheid in het atelier bewaken
  • tijdens afwezigheid van de Teamleader de werking van het atelier coördineren en de overdracht naar Kwaliteit, Verpakking en Logistiek verzekeren

Wat zijn jouw kwaliteiten?

Je bent een nauwkeurige en betrokken teamspeler die verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen binnen een productieomgeving en oog heeft voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.

  • kan voltijds werken van maandag tot en met vrijdag in daguren
  • beschikt minstens over een TSO-opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • heeft minimum 2 jaar ervaring als operator binnen de voedingssector
  • heeft interesse in een functie met verantwoordelijkheid en wil doorgroeien richting een leidinggevende rol
  • is een teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • werkt nauwkeurig en heeft een sterk veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn
