Maître André, een toonaangevend en groeiend voedingsbedrijf, zoekt een Keukencoördinator die ondersteuning biedt in de dagelijkse organisatie van ons atelier.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse organisatie in het atelier: mixen, kneden, vullen en bakken.
  • Mee opvolgen van de productieplanning, prioriteiten bewaken en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn op de vloer: taken verdelen, collega’s ondersteunen en waken over een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid (HACCP/IFS), inclusief opvolging van CCP’s en registraties.
  • Correct invullen en controleren van productieformulieren, reinigingslijsten en temperatuurregisters.
  • Mee waken over traceerbaarheid, allergenenbeheer en het correct handelen bij afwijkingen of incidenten.
  • Zorgen voor correct gebruik van installaties (kneders, ovens, mengers) en kleine technische issues melden/oppakken.
  • Orde en netheid in het atelier bewaken.
  • Tijdens afwezigheid van de Teamleader: de werking van het atelier coördineren en de overdracht naar Kwaliteit, Verpakking en Logistiek verzekeren.

De verse bladerdeeg van Maître André is een product die onze klanten bijstaat in de creatie van hun bakgerechten. Het is enorm tijdbesparend en biedt daarom meer ruimte voor de artistieke verwerking. Naast ons vers bladerdeeg maken we afgewerkte producten zoals chèvrefeuilles en quiches.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je kan voltijds werken van maandag tot en met vrijdag in daguren.
  • Je genoot minstens een TSO-opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over minimum 2 jaar ervaring als operator binnen de voedingssector.
  • Je hebt interesse in een functie met verantwoordelijkheid en wil doorgroeien richting een leidinggevende rol.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn.
