Woerden Keukenhulp | Horecamedewerker De Kloosterhoeve De Kloosterhoeve is op zoek naar een Keukenhulp | Horecamedewerker - Fulltime Wat ga je doen? Lijkt het jou ook leuk om een kijkje te nemen in de keuken? Nou bij de Kloosterhoeve kan dat! Onze ervaren chefs kunnen jouw hulp namelijk heel goed gebruiken. Dus voor deze baan hoef je nog geen ervaring te hebben, want wij gaan je alles leren! Zo starten we eerst met de eenvoudige opdrachten die met name met het voorbereiden van de gerechten te maken hebben. Als je dit een beetje onder de knie hebt en je alles weet te vinden in onze keuken, dan gaan we je inwerken op de verschillende parties. Een partie is een 'afdeling' in de keuken zoals de koude kant, de warme kant en de dessert kant. Eerst werk je onder begeleiding van een van je collega's en kan je al doende leren. Naarmate je het vaker doet zal je beter worden en uiteindelijk zelfstandig je partie kunnen draaien. Natuurlijk zit er ook veel tijd in het doen van alle voorbereidingen. Als er veel gasten tegelijk komen eten, moet alles natuurlijk goed klaarstaan en dat wordt allemaal van te voren gedaan. Wij leren hoe je de recepten moet lezen en hoe je ze kan maken, want we proberen zo veel mogelijk altijd nog zelf te maken. Naast dat het super leuk is om te koken en te zorgen voor onze gasten, werk je ook in een leuk en gezellig team. Het team van de Kloosterhoeve is te omschrijven als een gezellige familie waar iedereen zich welkom zal voelen. Na het werk ontstaan er dan ook leuke vriendschappen en beleef je veel leuke momenten met elkaar!
