The posting

Als keukenmedewerker zorg je mee voor de dagelijkse werking van onze keuken. Je bereidt gerechten met verse producten en zorgt ervoor dat elk bord verzorgd, lekker en volgens onze kwaliteitsstandaarden de keuken verlaat.

Je werkt actief mee tijdens de service, maar denkt ook mee over de werking van de keuken. Je helpt collega’s wanneer het druk is, steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de taken die aan jou worden toevertrouwd.

Bij Brasserie Bergelen krijg je bovendien de ruimte om bij te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. We zoeken iemand die niet alleen vandaag goed wil meedraaien, maar ook wil groeien binnen een bedrijf dat volop in beweging is.

Jouw taken:

  • Voorbereiden en bereiden van gerechten volgens onze recepten en kwaliteitsstandaarden
  • Verzorgen van mise-en-place voor de service
  • Mee verzorgen van een vlotte en georganiseerde service
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, presentatie en portiegrootte
  • Correct en hygiënisch werken volgens de geldende voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Zorg dragen voor orde, netheid en structuur in de keuken
  • Correct stockeren en bewaren van producten
  • Mee opvolgen van voorraad en tekorten
  • Samenwerken met de andere keukenmedewerkers en de zaal
  • Collega’s ondersteunen tijdens drukke momenten
  • Actief meedenken over de werking en organisatie van de keuken
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de toegewezen taken
  • Bereid zijn om nieuwe technieken, gerechten en werkwijzen aan te leren
