Bij De Traiteur by Vandycke zoeken we een nauwkeurige en gemotiveerde keukenmedewerker die mee instaat voor de voorbereiding, assemblage en correcte afwerking van onze kwaliteitsvolle gerechten.

Je werkt mee in het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat onze gerechten volgens de vastgelegde recepten en portienormen correct worden samengesteld. Nauwkeurigheid, hygiëne en een verzorgde presentatie zijn hierbij essentieel.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Meehelpen bij de voorbereiding en verwerking van ingrediënten en gerechten
  • Assembleren en afwerken van gerechten volgens recepturen en vastgelegde werkwijzen
  • Proportioneren en verdelen van gerechten volgens de voorgeschreven gewichten en portiegroottes
  • Correct afwegen en controleren van ingrediënten en bereidingen
  • Zorgvuldig afwerken en presenteren van de gerechten
  • Verpakken en sealen van bereide gerechten en voedingsproducten
  • Controleren of de afgewerkte producten voldoen aan de kwaliteits- en presentatievereisten
  • Correct aanbrengen en controleren van etiketten en productinformatie
  • Bestellingen en gerechten correct klaarzetten voor de verdere verzending
  • Strikt naleven van de geldende hygiëne-, voedselveiligheids- en HACCP-richtlijnen
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en een georganiseerde werkpost
  • Samenwerken met de keuken, productie en expeditie om een vlotte workflow te garanderen

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en gestructureerd
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit
  • Je hebt affiniteit met voeding en keukenwerk
  • Je kunt repetitieve taken zorgvuldig en geconcentreerd uitvoeren
  • Je begrijpt het belang van correcte porties, presentatie en hygiëne
  • Ervaring in een professionele keuken, cateringbedrijf, voedingsproductie of traiteur is een pluspunt
  • Je bent een teamspeler en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je bent flexibel en betrouwbaar
