Als Keukenmedewerker zorg jij er samen met het keukenteam voor dat onze FANS kunnen genieten van lekkere, kwalitatieve gerechten.

Hou jij van een dynamische omgeving, werk je graag samen en krijg je energie van een drukke service? Dan ben jij misschien wel onze nieuwe collega!

Wat ga je doen?

Als Keukenmedewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons keukenteam. Je ondersteunt de chef-kok en je collega's bij de voorbereiding en service en zorgt ervoor dat elk gerecht kwalitatief, verzorgd en volgens de juiste standaarden wordt klaargemaakt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je helpt bij de mise-en-place en bereidt ingrediënten voor.
  • Je snijdt groenten, portioneert vlees en vis en bereidt sauzen en andere ingrediënten.
  • Je ondersteunt de chef-kok bij het bereiden, dresseren en afwerken van gerechten.
  • Je volgt recepturen en werkinstructies nauwkeurig op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat gerechten volgens de O'Learys-standaarden worden bereid.
  • Je bewaakt mee de kwaliteit, presentatie en consistentie van onze gerechten.
  • Je gebruikt keukenapparatuur op een veilige en correcte manier.
  • Je houdt je werkpost en de keuken netjes, georganiseerd en hygiënisch.
  • Je werkt volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen en respecteert alle veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's in de keuken en bediening.
  • Tijdens drukke momenten blijf je rustig, behoud je het overzicht en spring je bij waar nodig.
  • Je draagt bij aan een goede teamsfeer en een vlotte service.
  • Een passie voor koken en voeding heeft.
  • Ervaring heeft in de horeca of een professionele keuken. Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar motivatie vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Graag samenwerkt en energie haalt uit teamwork.
  • Een positieve en professionele houding heeft.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd te werk gaat.
  • Stressbestendig is en goed kan functioneren tijdens drukke services.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit heeft en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
  • Initiatief neemt en bereid is om bij te leren.
  • Oog heeft voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en presentatie.
  • Altijd denkt in oplossingen en niet in problemen.
  • Flexibel is en bereid is om 's avonds, in het weekend en op feestdagen te werken
