Als keukenmedewerker werk jij in de ochtenduren op een landgoed in Leersum, waar jij verantwoordelijk bent voor het uitvoeren van vaste keukentaken. Jij zorgt dat ingrediënten klaarstaan, bereidt gerechten volgens bestelling en houdt de werkruimte netjes en overzichtelijk. Jij werkt volgens duidelijke instructies en schakelt snel wanneer meerdere orders binnenkomen. Wat worden je taken? In deze functie voer jij voorbereidende werkzaamheden uit, maak je warme en koude gerechten en werk je met zakelijke gasten. Je controleert voorraden, vult producten aan en geeft door wanneer iets besteld moet worden. Jij werkt zelfstandig en houdt het tempo hoog wanneer het druk wordt. Als keukenmedewerker werk je in een team dat gericht is op een efficiënte werkwijze. Je werkt nauwkeurig, volgt vaste procedures en zorgt dat elke bestelling correct de keuken uitgaat. Het is een functie met duidelijke taken en een vaste structuur waarin jouw keukenervaring goed van pas komt.
