Op onze prachtige, sfeervolle evenementenlocatie in Damme worden unieke momenten gecreëerd. Van intieme diners tot grootschalige, gevarieerde evenementen: bij ons is geen enkele dag hetzelfde. Om al deze events culinair naar een hoger niveau te tillen, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste keukenmedewerker die ons team komt versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

Samen met onze chef vorm je een hecht team. Je staat direct naast de chef en ondersteunt hem of haar bij alle facetten van de keuken. Jouw takenpakket is heel gevarieerd:

  • Mise en place: Je bereidt de ingrediënten voor zodat alles klaarstaat voor de start van het event (snijden, wassen, klaarzetten).
  • Assistentie tijdens events: Je helpt de chef met het dresseren van de borden en zorgt dat de gerechten vlot en mooi de keuken verlaten.
  • Keukenbeheer: Je zorgt er samen met het team voor dat de keuken netjes, hygiënisch en georganiseerd blijft.

Wie zoeken wij?

Ervaring in een professionele keuken is mooi meegenomen, maar absoluut geen vereiste. Wat voor ons écht telt is jouw instelling:

  • Passie en interesse: Je hebt een grote liefde voor eten en koken en wilt graag bijleren.
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt nauw samen met de chef; communicatie en een goede sfeer vinden we heel belangrijk.
  • Flexibiliteit qua uren: Onze evenementen bepalen onze agenda.Meestal start je werkdag rond 15:00 uur om rustig aan de mise en place te beginnen. Bij grote evenementen of in het weekend kan de starttijd verschuiven naar 11:00 uur.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel als de borden de deur uit moeten.
  • Je bent vlot ter plaatse in Damme.
