The posting

Voor een klant in regio Zeebrugge zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste vaste keukenmedewerker. Je werkt telkens van 15u00 tot 23u00.

Als keukenmedewerker verzeker je de dagdagelijkse werking van de keuken en biedt je ondersteuning. Je doet onze klanten watertanden bij het zicht van alle onze lekkere gerechten.

Jouw taken:

  • Meewerken aan de mise-en-place: wassen en snijden van componenten, klaarzetten van benodigdheden
  • De werkpost en het keukengerei onderhouden en schoonmaken
  • De voorraad mee opvolgen, tekorten vaststellen en doorgeven
  • De goederen controleren op kwaliteit en kwantiteit, ontvangen en stockeren volgens HACCP normen
  • Het werkblad en het keukengerei klaarmaken voor gebruik
  • Bereiden van koude gerechten en opwarmen van gerechten
  • Bakken/koken van vlees, vis, pasta, enz.
  • De gerechten opmaken om op te dienen (presentatie, samenstelling, afwerking, ...)
  • Respecteren van aangegeven portionering
  • Het correcte gebruik en onderhoud van de toestellen (ovens, kookplaten, koelingen, ...)
  • Bereidingen en producten verpakken en etiketteren (fabricatie- en houdbaarheidsdata) en opbergen volgens de HACCP normen
  • Je werkt volgens de aangegeven systemen en methodes zodat efficiëntie en kwaliteit hand in hand kunnen gaan.
  • Meewerken aan de uitvoering van het reinigingsplan
  • Indien nodig spring je ook bij in andere afdelingen
  • Bent correct en vlot in de omgang met zowel klanten als collega’s
  • Bent flexibel, dynamisch en gemotiveerd om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • Springt graag in om je collega’s uit de nood te helpen
  • Houdt het hoofd koel als het even druk wordt
  • Bent betrouwbaar en stipt. Jij bent iemand op wie we kunnen rekenen en bouwen zoals jij ook op ons en jouw collega’s kunt rekenen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de keuken
  • Bent vrij om te werken tijdens het weekend of feestdagen
  • Kan je passie overbrengen naar je collega’s en je klanten. Want als je van je passie je werk kan maken, overstijg je jezelf
  • Draagt hygiëne hoog in het vaandel
  • Hebt een positieve attitude
  • Volgt nauwkeurig onze systemen en procedures
  • Je spreekt Nederlands én Engels, Frans is geen must
