Ben jij een gedreven keukenmedewerker en op zoek naar een stabiele job met doorgroeimogelijkheden? Als keukenmedewerker in ons splinternieuw grillrestaurant bouw je mee aan de culinaire beleving van onze gasten. Je staat in voor de mise-en-place, bereidt en dresseert de lekkerste grillgerechten volgens de kwaliteitsstandaard en waakt over een propere, veilige werkomgeving. Je waakt over de vlotte workflow aan je post, over de kwaliteit van de gerechten en helpt mee met het bijhouden van ingrediënten en zorgt dat alles op tijd aangevuld is. Met jouw passie voor het vak zorg je ervoor dat elk bord dat de keuken verlaat een schot in de roos is.

  • Je bent minimum 18 jaar en hebt een afgeronde keukenopleiding (hotelschool) óf een aantal jaar sterke ervaring als volwaardig keukenmedewerker of commis.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans óf Engels zodat je vlot kunt samenwerken met ons internationale keukenteam.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, werkt proper volgens de HACCP-normen en toont echt eigenaarschap in de keuken.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor mooie daguren (shiften tussen 10u30 en 19u30), zowel tijdens de week als in het weekend. Momenteel gaat het om een deeltijds contract van zo'n 32 uur.
  • Je bent breed inzetbaar en vindt het een leuke afwisseling om te werken in de keuken van het grillrestaurant én de hotelkeuken.
