Op dit vakantiepark in Hapert draait de keuken op volume. Geen fine dining, maar goede maaltijden met lekkere ingrediënten waar gasten blij van worden. Vooral omdat het snel, soepel en consistent op tafel komt. Jij werkt mee in de à-la-cartekeuken, waar collega’s samen zorgen dat veel gerechten in hoog tempo de keuken uitgaan.

Ervaring in de keuken is niet nodig. Affiniteit met koken wel. Als jij het leuk vindt om met eten bezig te zijn, graag samenwerkt en energie krijgt van een drukke keuken, dan kun je hier goed op je plek zitten.

Over de plek

Je werkt op een groot en succesvol vakantiepark in Hapert, midden in de natuur. In de plaza zitten meerdere horecazaken, waaronder een buffetrestaurant, een à-la-carterestaurant, een pizzeria en een snackbar.

De keuken werkt volgens het idee van de Kitchen of the Future. De portionering is al gedaan en de garing gebeurt met hightech ovens die zorgen voor de juiste bereiding en consistentie. Daardoor kan het team op hoog tempo gerechten meegeven, zonder dat je jaren keukenervaring nodig hebt.

De rol Als keukenmedewerker werk je vooral mee aan de à-la-cartegerechten. Je staat samen met ongeveer vijf à zes collega’s in de keuken. De één staat bij de frituur, de ander werkt met de oven en iemand anders maakt de borden op.

Zo werk je echt als team. Het is hard werken, zeker tijdens drukke momenten, maar juist dat maakt deze rol leuk als je houdt van tempo en samen aanpakken. Wat ga je doen? - Je helpt mee met het bereiden en meegeven van à-la-cartegerechten.

- Je werkt met goede ingrediënten en slimme keukenapparatuur.

- Je helpt bij de frituur, ovens of opmaak van borden.

- Je zorgt samen met collega’s dat gerechten snel en netjes de keuken uitgaan.

- Je houdt je werkplek schoon en overzichtelijk tijdens de dienst.

- Je werkt mee tijdens drukke momenten waarop veel gasten tegelijk willen eten.
