Wij werken veel samen met professionele bouwers, zoals aannemers, woningcorporaties en projectontwikkelaars. Dit maakt deze rol extra leuk: je schakelt niet alleen met aannemers, maar helpt ook hun particuliere klanten bij het samenstellen van een prachtige, volledig passende droomkeuken. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in onze showroom en begeleid je hen bij het samenstellen van hun nieuwe keuken. Je vindt het leuk om klanten van A tot Z te helpen: van advies en ontwerp tot orderverwerking en service: - Ontvangen en rondleiden van klanten in onze showroom. - Wensen en eisen van de klant inventariseren en vertalen naar een passend keukenadvies. - Het maken van offertes en 3D‑ontwerpen in tekenprogramma Simar. - Het zorgdragen voor de complete orderverwerking en aftersales. - Coördineren van serviceaanvragen en bestellen van benodigde onderdelen. - Telefonisch contact met zakelijke klanten om nieuwe opdrachten te genereren. Wat breng jij mee? Je hoeft niet ervaren te zijn, ervaring in de keukenverkoop is wel een pré . Het belangrijkste is dat je leergierig, communicatief sterk en klantgericht bent. Verder heb je: - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Affiniteit met interieur, bouw of verkoop. - Representativiteit, enthousiasme en gastvrijheid. - Commercieel inzicht en de drive om resultaat te behalen. - Ruimtelijk inzicht; ervaring met Simar is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
