Als keukenverkoper in de showroom bij onze opdrachtgever in Terneuzen ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun droomkeuken willen realiseren. Je adviseert op maat, denkt mee over indelingen en helpt bij het maken van de beste keuzes. Dankzij jouw enthousiasme en productkennis zorg je voor een prettige winkelervaring en een tevreden klant. Daarnaast houd je trends in de keukenbranche goed in de gaten om klanten altijd up-to-date advies te geven. Wat ga je doen? Als keukenverkoper begeleid je klanten bij het realiseren van hun ideale keuken. Je luistert goed naar hun wensen, denkt mee over de mogelijkheden en vertaalt ideeën naar een passend en aantrekkelijk ontwerp. Daarbij houd je rekening met onder andere de beschikbare ruimte, materiaalkeuze, kleuren, vormen en praktische indeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject: van het eerste contact in de showroom tot het moment waarop de order wordt overgedragen voor verdere verwerking en montage. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten goed geïnformeerd zijn en met een vertrouwd gevoel hun keuze kunnen maken. Je komt te werken in een betrokken team van vijf verkoopadviseurs. De showroom biedt een breed assortiment, waaronder keukens, badkamers, tegels, natuursteen en binnendeuren. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: Klanten adviseren en begeleiden bij de aankoop van een nieuwe keuken; Wensen en ideeën vertalen naar een passend keukenontwerp; Meedenken over indeling, materialen, kleuren, vormen en andere praktische aspecten; Offertes en voorstellen opstellen voor zowel nieuwe keukens als renovatieprojecten; Klanten begeleiden gedurende het verkoopproces en toewerken naar een succesvolle aankoop; Orders zorgvuldig overdragen en afstemmen met collega's van de backoffice; Zorgen voor een gastvrije en prettige ervaring in de showroom.
