Hou je van werken in de natuur, deel je graag je eigen dag in en hou je van de akkerbouw? Bij de NAK is de vacature vrijgekomen van Keurmeester. Grijp je kans en solliciteer! Wat ga je doen? Je bezoekt telers en beoordeelt en keurt zelfstandig pootgoed en zaaizaden in alle fases van het teeltproces, waarbij je gewassen controleert op ziektes, virussen en afwijkingen. Hierbij houd je een scherp oog op kwaliteit en regelgeving. Als keurmeester heb je een toezichthoudende rol, handhaaf je de geldende normen en volg je nauwkeurig de voorgeschreven instructies. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de NAK en de teler. Soms moet je lastige beslissingen nemen, maar met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en mensenkennis weet je situaties goed in te schatten en helder uit te leggen. Je werkt binnen een vastgesteld gebied met een vaste groep telers. Je plant zelf je afspraken in en zorgt ervoor dat alle controles en keuringen op tijd worden uitgevoerd en dat alle gegevens netjes worden gedocumenteerd en tijdig op kantoor worden aangeleverd. Je maakt deel uit van het team Buitendienst, met zo'n negentig andere Keurmeesters in Nederland. Per gebied is er een Vaktechnisch specialist, die je altijd kunt benaderen met vaktechnische vragen. Het team wordt aangestuurd door de Regiomanager.
