Voor deze functie zoeken we namelijk niet per se een ervaren keurmeester. Heb jij de juiste instelling en wil je het vak leren? Dan investeren wij graag in jou. Je kunt bij ons starten als junior keurmeester en via opleiding en begeleiding doorgroeien naar een zelfstandige keurmeester. Wat ga je doen? Als keurmeester ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen ons proces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit van onze producten vanaf binnenkomst goed wordt bewaakt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het controleren en beoordelen van binnengekomen producten; - Het inspecteren van producten in de koelcel; - Het beoordelen van soort, kwaliteit en houdbaarheidsdatum; - Het signaleren en bespreken van afwijkingen met telers en leveranciers; - Het samenwerken met de afdeling Kwaliteit bij verschillende kwaliteitsvraagstukken; - Het correct verwerken van keuringsgegevens in ons ERP-systeem. Je werkt samen met een betrokken team van keurmeesters, de voorman Expeditie, expeditiecollega's en de kwaliteitscontroleur voor uitgaande producten. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze klanten iedere dag kunnen rekenen op verse producten van de juiste kwaliteit. Nog geen keurmeester? Geen probleem!
