Een toonaangevende internationale speler in de retail-sector. In het kantoor van Diegem werk je elke dag samen met verschillende teams. Samenwerking, open communicatie en wederzijds respect vormen de basis van hun bedrijfscultuur.

Jobomschrijving

Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een brede waaier aan commerciële en administratieve taken, waaronder:

  • Ondersteunen van de Key Account Managers bij het beheer van grote retailklanten.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van offertes, contracten, prijsafspraken en promotieplannen.
  • Coördineren van promoties, nieuwe productlanceringen en assortimentswijzigingen.
  • Opstellen van verkooprapporten, omzetanalyses en klantpresentaties.
  • Voorbereiden van business reviews en commerciële presentaties voor klanten.
  • Organiseren en ondersteunen van klantbezoeken, meetings en presentaties.
  • Af en toe meegaan naar klanten om presentaties en commerciële afspraken mee voor te bereiden en te ondersteunen.
  • Ondersteunen bij beurzen, evenementen en commerciële activiteiten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met Marketing voor de uitwerking van promotionele acties en POS-materiaal.
  • Contact onderhouden met Supply Chain en Customer Service om leveringen en acties vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Beheren en actualiseren van klantgegevens, prijslijsten en contracten.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van commerciële dossiers.

Als Key Account Assistant heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of hebt relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in een commerciële ondersteunende functie, zoals Sales Support, Inside Sales of Marketing Support.
  • Je bent administratief zeer sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee met het commerciële team.
  • Je bent communicatief en voelt je comfortabel in contact met professionele klanten.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel. Ervaring met ERP- of CRM-systemen is een pluspunt.
