Van digitalisering en organisatieontwikkeling tot grootschalige verander- en investeringsprogramma's. Dankzij jouw netwerk kom je aan tafel waar besluiten worden genomen en help je mee die ambities werkelijkheid te maken. Tegelijkertijd bouw je aan een nieuwe groeimarkt voor Team EIFFEL en positioneer je onze experts als partner bij de vraagstukken die ertoe doen. Je stapt niet in een blanco markt. Team EIFFEL beschikt al over relevante raamovereenkomsten binnen Defensie. Jij benut die positie, opent nieuwe deuren en bouwt aan langdurige partnerships die impact maken voor Defensie én voor Team EIFFEL. Dit ga je doen - Je ontwikkelt en realiseert de commerciële groeistrategie binnen het Nederlandse defensiedomein. - Je bouwt relaties uit met besluitvormers, programmadirecteuren en budgethouders binnen Defensie. - Je zet bestaande raamovereenkomsten om in nieuwe opdrachten en meerjarige samenwerkingen. - Je leidt complexe commerciële trajecten waarbij je verschillende expertises van Team EIFFEL samenbrengt tot één oplossing. - Je signaleert ontwikkelingen binnen Defensie en vertaalt deze naar nieuwe proposities, opdrachten en strategische partnerships. - Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar commerciële ervaring binnen consultancy, zakelijke dienstverlening of technology services. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare commerciële ervaring binnen het Nederlandse defensiedomein. - Je beschikt over een actueel en relevant netwerk binnen Defensie. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met complexe salestrajecten waarbij meerdere stakeholders betrokken zijn. - Je hebt ervaring met aanbestedingen, raamovereenkomsten en publieke inkoopprocessen.
