Je bent gesprekspartner voor grote technische organisaties en weet wat er nodig is om een commerciële relatie verder uit te bouwen. Je kent de wereld van arbeidsbemiddeling, begrijpt hoe besluitvorming binnen grote organisaties werkt en weet op het juiste moment commerciële kansen te creëren. Vanuit Antwerpen bouw je verder aan de positie die STAR de afgelopen jaren heeft opgebouwd bij marktleiders als Pfizer, SPIE en Borealis. Je krijgt daarbij veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid: over je klanten, je netwerk en de commerciële koers die je binnen jouw markt vaart. Dit is waar jij jouw ervaring inzet - Je weet wat er speelt bij jouw opdrachtgevers en beweegt makkelijk tussen verschillende stakeholders en beslissers - Je bouwt bestaande strategische klantrelaties verder uit en vergroot onze positie binnen deze accounts - Je creëert new business en weet nieuwe opdrachtgevers aan STAR te verbinde...
