Als Key Account Manager Industrie ligt de focus op het beheren en verder uitbouwen van een strategische klantenportefeuille in België, aangevuld met samenwerking binnen exportactiviteiten. De rol combineert relatiebeheer, commerciële groei en marktinzicht binnen een B2B-omgeving.

  • Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van bestaande commerciële relaties met industriële klanten;
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame partnerships met focus op lange termijn samenwerking en continuïteit;
  • Onderhandelen en afsluiten van contracten met aandacht voor zowel rendabiliteit als klanttevredenheid;
  • Realiseren van vooropgestelde omzet- en margedoelstellingen binnen de toegewezen portefeuille;
  • Coördineren van commerciële activiteiten en opzetten van gerichte acties bij strategische accounts;
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders en de Export Manager om opportuniteiten maximaal te benutten;
  • Opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen, prijszetting en klantbehoeften binnen de sector;
  • Signaleren van trends en proactief inspelen op nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten;
  • Actief deelnemen aan teamoverleg en bijdragen aan gezamenlijke oplossingen voor operationele en commerciële uitdagingen;
  • Continu versterken van productkennis, marktinzicht en sectorgebonden regelgeving;

De functie biedt een sterk commercieel karakter waarbij strategisch denken gecombineerd wordt met een hands-on aanpak en intensief klantencontact.

Voor deze rol zoekt onze klant een commercieel sterke professional met affiniteit voor de voedings- of vleessector en ervaring in accountmanagement.

  • Bachelor in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Relevante ervaring in een commerciële functie binnen de vleesindustrie is een absolute must;
  • Uitgesproken commerciële ingesteldheid en sterk inzicht in klantrelaties en onderhandelingen;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het opbouwen van relaties als in het voeren van onderhandelingen;
  • Resultaatgerichte aanpak met focus op omzetgroei en rendabiliteit;
  • Klantgerichte ingesteldheid gecombineerd met verantwoordelijkheidszin en ownership;
  • Vermogen om marktinformatie te analyseren en om te zetten in concrete commerciële acties;
  • Teamgerichte mindset met het vermogen om vlot samen te werken met interne en externe stakeholders;
  • Flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen in een dynamische en competitieve markt;
  • Interesse in internationale context en samenwerking binnen exportactiviteiten;
