En tant que Key Account Manager, vous aurez une fonction stratégique et polyvalente :

  • Vous gérez et développez un portefeuille de marques fortes, en assurant leur visibilité, leur rotation et un positionnement performant ;
  • Vous développez et fidélisez des clients stratégiques du retail en Flandre ;
  • Vous négociez les accords annuels et optimisez les marges, notamment via une renégociation proactive des accords de fin d'année ;
  • Vous analysez les performances commerciales et pilotez les plans de vente et promotions 360° pour orienter les décisions stratégiques ;
  • Vous établissez des prévisions de ventes fiables et pilotez la performance avec une approche analytique et orientée ROI.

Votre profil de Key Account Manager correspond aux critères suivants :

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience de minimum 10 ans dans la gestion de grands comptes ;
  • Vous êtes bilingue français-néerlandais avec une bonne maitrise de l'anglais ;
  • Vous êtes compétent sur les tâches suivantes : négociation commerciale, gestion de marge, analyse financière des accords ;
  • Vous avez idéalement une expérience en grande distribution, en retail ou électronique ;
  • Vous êtes une personne : rigoureuse, diplomate, assertive, bonne communicante, orientée résultats, excellent sens commercial, et proactif.
