Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.Ä) gepaart mit kaufmännischen Kenntnissen

* Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Automotive Bereich, Tier 1 Umfeld

* Professionelle Kundenorientierung und ein souveränes Auftreten

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

* Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungskraft

* Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit auch in dynamischen Phasen

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Reisebereitschaft (ca. 40%)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Ausbau und Sicherung des bestehenden OEM-Kundennetzwerks

* Akquise von neuen Automotive Kunden

* Volle Umsatz- und Deckungsbeitragsverantwortungen für einen vordefinierten Bereich

* Zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Unternehmen und Kunden

* Betreuung des bestehenden Kundestamms

* Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit

* Verantwortlich für die Erreichung von Umsatzzielen und Kennzahlen im vordefinierten Bereich
