Als Key Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het actief openen, uitbouwen en strategisch beheren van grote B2B-klanten binnen BeNeLux. Je richt je op ondernemingen met > 500 medewerkers, meerdere locaties en met een ruim potentieel aan toestellen. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse decision makers binnen deze organisaties.

Deze rol vraagt een echte hunter met een sterke commerciële drive, strategisch inzicht en de vaardigheid om complexe dossiers te analyseren en kansen te creëren.

Actieve prospectie & hunting

  • Proactief opsporen, benaderen en openen van nieuwe opportuniteiten binnen bedrijven.
  • Out-of-the-box zoeken naar mogelijkheden & direct sales.
  • Kritisch beoordelen van kansen en inschatten van omzet potentieel.
  • Werken met meerdere decision makers en stakeholders binnen grote bedrijven & ontdekken van hun verwachtingen.
  • Opbouwen van lange termijnrelaties en begeleiden van complexe salescycli binnen enterprise organisaties (geen FMCG-verkoopomgeving).

Commerciële excellentie

  • Negotiëren van SLA’s, raamovereenkomsten en complexe contractstructuren.
  • Beheren van RFP’s en/of tenders.
  • Zelfstandig forecasten en eigen KPI’s bepalen die bijdragen aan groei in MRR.
  • Werken met een duidelijke helikopterview, door afstand te nemen ontwikkel je een kritische blik

Interne samenwerking & analyse

  • Nauw samenwerken met Customer Service om topkwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Grondige analyses maken rond omzet, groei en marges in overleg met de country manager / Sales director Be.

Commerciële excellentie

  • Key accounts doorgedreven analyseren: bestaande werking, processen, noden.
  • Bouwen, opstellen en uitvoeren van groeistrategieën op maat van je prospect.
  • Upselling & vernieuwingen, nieuwe systemen in de markt zetten.
  • Je straalt product leadership uit & vertaalt die naar de noden van je prospect.
  • Sterke betrokkenheid bij je prospects en klanten, denkt mee met hun organisatie en zet hun noden om in duurzame commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je bent een echte hunter die gedreven blijft, ook na een "nee" – "no is the biggest motivation".
  • Sterk in voorbereiding, je onderzoekt elk bedrijf via alle mogelijke kanalen.
  • Innovatief, analytisch en entrepreneur mentaliteit.
  • Strategisch denker met een winners & competitieve mindset.
  • Rustig, zelfzeker en doelgericht.
  • Omgaan met druk, scherp blijven, prioriteiten managen en assertief optreden.
  • Je past je communicatiestijl flexibel aan aan de situatie
  • Vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans is een vereiste gezien het internationale karakter van de klanten.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante hogere opleiding.
