Voor onze vestigingen in Anderlecht en Péruwelz zijn wij op zoek naar een Key Account Manager Cleanroom.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt een portefeuille van bestaande klanten binnen de Cleanroom-industrie, en bouwt duurzame relaties op met de verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je identificeert groeikansen bij bestaande klanten door het contracteren van nieuwe diensten en/of sites.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en business opportunities.
  • Je coördineert de uitrol en opvolging van contracten in nauwe samenwerking met interne diensten (Marketing, confectie, productie, logistiek en administratie).
  • Je ziet toe op de correcte toepassing van contractuele afspraken, met bijzondere aandacht voor prijsherzieningen.
  • Je zorgt voor een continue afstemming van onze producten en diensten op de behoeften en verwachtingen van de klant en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanttevredenheid.
  • Je leidt en structureert stuurgroepen met klanten, inclusief het definiëren en opvolgen van KPI’s, analyses en verbeterplannen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma en hebt bij voorkeur minstens 3 jaar commerciële ervaring in een industriële of B2B-context.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Frans en Engels; kennis van Nederlands is een duidelijke troef.
  • Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar met een resultaatgerichte mindset.
  • Je werkt graag zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en MS Office.
  • Je bent gedreven, professioneel en nauwkeurig.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
