Key Account Manager Co-Manufacturing Zwolle 40 uur - Key Account Manager Co-Manufacturing Als Key Account Manager Co-Manufacturing krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over strategisch key accounts van grote betekenis voor Euroma. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële relaties, maar bepaalt samen met de klanten de koers voor de komende jaren. Van het ontwikkelen van meerjarige accountstrategieën en het realiseren van omzetgroei tot complexe onderhandelingen en het verbinden van de juiste mensen binnen Euroma: jij hebt de regie. Daarmee heb je direct impact op de groei van onze Co-Manufacturing business én op de verdere ontwikkeling van Euroma als strategische partner voor grote foodproducenten. Je krijgt veel ruimte om kansen te zien, initiatief te nemen en jouw account verder uit te bouwen. Binnen Co-Manufacturing kom je in een team terecht van 5 directe collega's en je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Commercial Director Co-Manufacturing. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële performance, ontwikkeling en strategische koers van jouw key accounts; - Je ontwikkelt en realiseert meerjarige accountstrategieën en benut kansen voor duurzame, winstgevende groei; - Je bouwt strategische relaties op verschillende niveaus binnen de klantorganisaties en bent gesprekspartner voor belangrijke stakeholders en decision makers; - Je leidt complexe commerciële onderhandelingen en bent verantwoordelijk voor langetermijncontracten, prijsstructuren en internationale condities; - Je signaleert markt- en klantontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar nieuwe commerciële en internationale groeikansen; - Je voert de regie binnen Euroma en verbindt onder andere Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing en Customer Service om klantafspraken en commerciële kansen succesvol te realiseren; - Je bewaakt de resultaten van de accounts, signaleert knelpunten en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze commerciële aanp...
