Voor de verdere groei in Limburg, Vlaams‑Brabant en Antwerpen zoekt Altez een Key Account Manager die business ziet, kansen creëert en deals sluit.

Functie

Je bouwt relaties uit met architecten, projectontwikkelaars, investeerders en industriële klanten. Je haalt projecten binnen die écht het verschil maken. Jij:

  • Bouwt een sterk netwerk bij architecten, ontwikkelaars, investeerders en industriële klanten.
  • Detecteert opportuniteiten en zet ze om in concrete projecten.
  • Analyseert lastenboeken en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar slimme oplossingen.
  • Ontwerpt en budgetteert projecten samen met de calculator.
  • Stelt offertes op en sluit contracten met overtuiging en technische maturiteit.
  • Adviseert klanten over materialen, stabiliteit en uitvoeringsmogelijkheden.
  • Bewaakt rendement van eerste contact tot nazorg.
  • Verdedigt dossiers en leidt intakegesprekken met het interne projectteam.
  • Stuurt duurzaamheid mee aan via afvalreductie, energie‑efficiëntie en omgevingsimpact.

Dit is een rol met autonomie, ownership en commerciële slagkracht. Jij bepaalt mee hoe de regio groeit.

  • Relevante commerciële ervaring in bouw, projectontwikkeling of vastgoed.
  • Sterk netwerk of de ambitie om er één uit te bouwen.
  • Bouwtechnische feeling.
  • Commercieel sterk, overtuigend, relationeel vaardig.
  • Proactief, oplossingsgericht en klantgericht.
  • Teamplayer met zelfstandige werkstijl.
  • Affiniteit met een no‑nonsense cultuur waar vertrouwen en resultaat centraal staan.
