Jobomschrijving

  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt een portefeuille van strategische retailklanten (F1) binnen de Belgische markt.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van ambitieuze maar realistische jaarplannen, afgestemd op de doelstellingen van zowel de klant als de organisatie.
  • Je focust op het uitbreiden van het assortiment, het verhogen van de distributie en het creëren van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je onderhandelt actieplannen, promoties, commerciële voorwaarden en jaarlijkse samenwerkingsakkoorden.
  • Je analyseert omzetcijfers, marges, marktaandelen en andere relevante KPI's om commerciële kansen en risico's tijdig te identificeren.
  • Je vertaalt markt- en klantinzichten naar concrete groeistrategieën voor jouw accounts.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Marketing, Finance, Category Management en Supply Chain om commerciële plannen succesvol te realiseren.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan introducties van nieuwe producten en het optimaliseren van bestaande categorieën.
  • Je fungeert als strategische sparringpartner voor je klanten en bouwt duurzame partnerships uit op lange termijn.
  • Je neemt ownership over jouw accounts en draagt de volledige commerciële verantwoordelijkheid voor de resultaten.
  • Je beschikt over meerdere jaren ervaring binnen FMCG/Food sales en hebt ervaring met F1 Retail.
  • Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar die relaties weet te ontwikkelen en tegelijkertijd commerciële resultaten realiseert.
  • Je combineert een analytische mindset met een pragmatische en ondernemende aanpak.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt proactief mee en voelt je comfortabel in een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, werkt graag op basis van data en weet inzichten om te zetten in concrete commerciële acties.
