Krijg jij energie van het spotten van commerciële opportuniteiten, het uitbouwen van strategische klantrelaties én het realiseren van concrete resultaten? Voor een ambitieus en snelgroeiend voedingsbedrijf in West-Vlaanderen zijn wij op zoek naar een Key Account Manager Foodservice.

Als Key Account Manager Foodservice ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de groei en de verdere ontwikkeling van een portefeuille van strategische klanten binnen het foodservicekanaal. Je bouwt duurzame partnerships uit, identificeert nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten en vertaalt markt- en klantinzichten naar concrete groeiplannen. Met jouw commerciële expertise en ondernemende aanpak lever je een directe bijdrage aan de verdere groei van onze foodservice-activiteiten.

In deze functie ben jij het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en prospecten. Daarbij combineer je strategisch accountmanagement met een hands-on commerciële aanpak en bouw je actief mee aan duurzame groei binnen foodservice.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stelt accountplannen op en vertaalt de bedrijfsstrategie naar concrete commerciële acties voor jouw klanten.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van omzet-, volume- en margedoelstellingen binnen jouw portefeuille.
  • Je bouwt bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit en ontwikkelt duurzame partnerships op lange termijn.
  • Je identificeert nieuwe businessopportuniteiten en prospecteert actief naar nieuwe klanten.
  • Je werkt promotionele acties en commerciële initiatieven uit samen met klanten en volgt de uitvoering en resultaten ervan op.
  • Je bewaakt de prijsstrategie en zorgt voor correcte en competitieve offertes.
  • Je analyseert commerciële resultaten, identificeert verbeterpunten en neemt gerichte acties om de doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je deelt relevante marktinzichten, opportuniteiten en risico's met de Sales Director en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met interne stakeholders.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma;
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in sales, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsindustrie en/of foodservice;
  • Sterke commerciële, communicatieve en unterhandelingsvaardigheden;
  • Een analytische en resultaatgerichte mindset;
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen, prioriteiten te stellen en initiatief te nemen;
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels;
  • Een goede kennis van MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel. Kennis van Power BI is een plus;
  • Een uitgesproken teamgerichte houding en sterke samenwerkingsvaardigheden, zowel intern als extern.
