Voor onze klant, een stabiele en ambitieuze speler binnen HVAC en technische dienstverlening, zijn we op zoek naar een Key Account Manager HVAC. In deze functie ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor een vaste portefeuille aan B2B-serviceklanten.

Je combineert sterk relatiebeheer met technische kennis en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een kwalitatieve en professionele dienstverlening.

  • Fungeren als vast aanspreekpunt voor toegewezen klanten en hun servicevragen.
  • Coördineren van technische interventies en dispatchen van techniekers.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van de service na overdracht vanuit projecten.
  • Organiseren van regelmatige servicemeetings met klanten.
  • Opbouwen van een grondige kennis van de klant en de aanwezige HVAC-installaties.
  • Bewaken van gemaakte afspraken, kwaliteit en servicelevels.
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van KPI's en voorstellen doen ter verbetering.
  • Proactief meedenken met klanten en anticiperen op toekomstige behoeften.
  • Detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten.
  • Uitbreiden van bestaande onderhoudscontracten en identificeren van kleinere bijkomende projecten.
  • Continu streven naar een optimale klantbeleving en langdurige klantenrelaties.
  • Een stevige technische basiskennis van HVAC binnen een B2B-omgeving.
  • Kennis van de belangrijkste HVAC-componenten, onderhoudscycli en technische storingen.
  • Technische informatie kunnen begrijpen om techniekers correct aan te sturen en klanten inhoudelijk te adviseren.
  • Ervaring binnen accountmanagement, klantenbeheer of een technisch-commerciële functie.
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en vlot prioriteiten kunnen bepalen.
  • Gestructureerd werken en het overzicht bewaren in een dynamische serviceomgeving.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en comfortabel met het opvolgen van KPI's.
  • Zelfstandig klantenrelaties kunnen beheren en verantwoordelijkheid durven nemen.
  • Professionele, klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte communicatie.
  • Commerciële feeling om bijkomende behoeften en opportuniteiten bij klanten te herkennen.
