Für unseren innovativen Kundenbetrieb, ein Traditionsunternehmen im Bezirk Vöcklabruck, suchen wir ab sofort 1 Key Account Manager:in Automotive Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Automotive- und OEM-Kunden

* Ausbau und langfristige Sicherung des bestehenden OEM-Kundennetzwerks

* Aktive Akquise neuer Kunden innerhalb der Automotive-Industrie

* Übernahme der Umsatz- und Deckungsbeitragsverantwortung für einen definierten Kunden- bzw. Geschäftsbereich

* Verantwortung für die Erreichung vereinbarter Umsatzziele und Vertriebskennzahlen

* Zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Kunden und den beteiligten internen Fachbereichen

* Professionelle Betreuung des bestehenden Kundenstamms

* Sicherstellung einer langfristig hohen Kundenzufriedenheit

* Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen im internationalen Automotive-Umfeld

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, beispielsweise Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung

* Kaufmännisches Verständnis und unternehmerische Denkweise

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Automotive-Bereich und Tier-1-Umfeld

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Automotive- bzw. OEM-Kunden

* Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Professionelle Kundenorientierung und souveränes Auftreten

* Hohe Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsstärke

* Verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit auch in dynamischen Situationen

* Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

* Internationale Reisebereitschaft von ca. 40 %
