in Salzburg hr Aufgaben:

* Selbstständige Durchführung der Planung von Projekten im Bereich infrastrukturelles Facility Management

* Ansprechperson für diesbezügliche Kund_innenanforderungen

* Objektbesichtigungen zur Datenerhebung und -auswertung

* Durchführung von projektspezifischen Kalkulationen

* Erarbeitung von innovativen Servicekonzepten und Kund_innenpräsentationen

* Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Bietergesprächen

* Entwicklung von eigenen Ideen & Ansätzen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Angebotsmanagements

* Unterstützung der operativen Einheit bei diversen Aufgabenstellungen, nach Auftragsvergabe

* Führung, Schulung und Disposition der Mitarbeiter Ihres Teams (inkl. Sonderreiniger)

* Aktive Kund_innenbetreuung

* Koordination, Umsetzung und Überwachung unserer Dienstleistungen beim Kunden

* Qualitätssicherung bei unseren Kund_innen

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Technische (HTL/TU/FH) oder kaufmännische (HAS/HAK/Uni/FH) Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Erste Erfahrungen im Facility Management von Vorteil

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen sowie gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten

* Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie prozessorientierte Denkweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Engagement, Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Kund_innenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie ein analytisches Zahlenverständnis

* Professionelles Auftreten

* Führerschein B
