Deine Aufgaben

* Betreuung unserer dedizierten Key Accounts in Salzburg

* Durchführung von Cross- und Upselling-Aktivitäten zur nachhaltigen Umsatzsteigerung

* Übernahme langjähriger Kund_innenbeziehungen und strategischer Ausbau der bestehenden Key Accounts

* Erstellung und Umsetzung von Accountplänen zur gezielten Steuerung und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen

* Identifikation und Betreuung relevanter Entscheidungsträger_innen, auch in Bereichen außerhalb der klassischen IT-Abteilungen

Dein Profil

* einschlägige Erfahrung im Key Account Management & Hunting idealerweise in der IT-Branche

* Proaktive und verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills sowie Verhandlungsgeschick

* Eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie kunden_innen- und ergebnisorientiertes Agieren

* fundierte Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Erfahrung in den Bereichen Managed Services, Infrastructure Services und Cloud Services von Vorteil
