Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van een portfolio van VIP-klanten met aanzienlijke verzendvolumes, ervoor zorgend dat hun behoeften en verwachtingen worden vervuld.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met VIP-klanten door middel van regelmatige communicatie, vergaderingen en het bijwonen van hun evenementen.
  • Fungeren als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor VIP-klanten, waarbij eventuele vragen, zorgen of speciale verzoeken snel en effectief worden behandeld.
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om de soepele uitvoering van zendingen te coördineren en te overzien, waarbij wordt gezorgd voor tijdige levering en naleving van kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Ontwikkelen van strategische accountplannen om klanttevredenheid, retentie en groeimogelijkheden te maximaliseren.
  • Analyseren van klanten en markttrends om kansen voor verbetering en optimalisatie te identificeren.
  • Bijdragen aan het algemene succes en de groei van de onderneming.

Vereisten:

  • Bewezen ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, waarbij je sleutelaccounts of VIP-klanten hebt beheerd binnen de logistiek, expeditie, of een gerelateerde sector.
  • Uitzonderlijke interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief een band op te bouwen en vertrouwen te winnen bij VIP-klanten.
  • Vloeiend in het Engels en bekwaam in het Nederlands of Frans (meertalige vaardigheid is een pluspunt).
  • Sterke onderhandelings- en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, met een klantgerichte benadering.
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken, taken te prioriteren en meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd aan te pakken.
  • Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan activiteiten en evenementen van klanten.
  • Geldig rijbewijs en bereidheid om te reizen voor klantbijeenkomsten en evenementen.
