Als Key Account Manager Lighting ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen en beheren van langdurige commerciële relaties binnen de professionele lighting- en AV-sector. De rol combineert strategische accountontwikkeling met consultatieve verkoop en technische expertise. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams om klanten duurzame en doordachte oplossingen te bieden.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Key Account Manager Lighting inhoudt:

  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van key accounts binnen onder meer rental, theaters, venues, integrators, broadcast, corporate AV en themaparken
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van jaarplannen per account, inclusief investeringsanalyses en cross-sellstrategieën
  • Detecteren van nieuwe opportuniteiten zoals upgrades, uitbreidingen en retrofitprojecten
  • Opvolgen van budget- en projectcycli bij klanten
  • Adviseren van klanten over professionele licht- en netwerkoplossingen
  • Uitwerken van voorontwerpen en technische calculaties in samenwerking met engineering
  • Organiseren van demo’s, showroombezoeken en technische presentaties
  • Geven van presentaties aan architecten, consultants en technische teams
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie op vakbeurzen en events
  • Kwalificeren, opvolgen en prioriteren van leads
  • Actieve prospectie op basis van markt- en sectorinformatie
  • Forecasting en rapportering via CRM
  • Opstellen van offertes en beheren van productprijzen
  • Onderhandelen over raamcontracten en aanbestedingen
