Jobomschrijving

In deze rol combineer je commerciële verantwoordelijkheid met operationele opvolging:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vaste key accounts (voornamelijk eindgebruikers in staal)
  • Dagelijks contact met klanten via mail en occasioneel face-to-face
  • Coördinatie van het volledige logistieke traject: maritiem, spoor, wegtransport
  • Nauwe samenwerking met Terminal Managers en operationele teams
  • Proactief oplossen van operationele en klantgerichte vraagstukken
  • Bewaken van deadlines en prioriteiten in een dynamische omgeving
  • Opvolging van contractafspraken en klantverwachtingen
  • Praktische organisatie van je agenda volgens operationele noden

Je voelt je thuis in een hands-on, no-nonsense omgeving en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende niveaus:

  • Masterdiploma is een plus, geen must
  • Relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, bij voorkeur in een haven- of terminalomgeving
  • Kennis van breakbulk, met sterke affiniteit voor staal (diverse vormen en afmetingen)
  • Begrip van haven- en terminalcultuur
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en communiceert vlot met zowel management als arbeiders
  • Sterk probleemoplossend en analytisch ingesteld
  • Commerciële vaardigheden die verder kunnen groeien in de rol
  • Praktisch en flexibel in het plannen van je werk
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands (vloeiend), Engels (goed), Frans is een plus
