Als Key Account Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze commerciële groei. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met strategische klanten en zet die om in concrete resultaten.Je speelt een sleutelrol in het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen en het bieden van een sterke, klantgerichte service via het actief opbouwen van relaties, het adviseren van klanten en het aanbieden van totaaloplossingen in sanitair en verwarming.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Strategische klantenrelaties uitbouwen: sterke, langdurige partnerships opbouwen met spelers in de bouwsector.
  • Commerciële groei realiseren: bestaande klanten beheren, nieuwe accounts prospecteren en oplossingen op maat aanbieden.
  • Klanten professioneel opvolgen: je agenda en CRM beheren en zorgen voor kwalitatieve opvolging en nazorg.
  • Van Marcke vertegenwoordigen: aanwezig zijn op beurzen, events en vergaderingen en nauw samenwerken met interne teams.
  • Marktkennis up-to-date houden: technische evoluties, trends en concurrentie opvolgen en hierop inspelen.

Jouw ideaal profiel

Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.Je combineert sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met een analytische, oplossingsgerichte mindset. Je bent een initiatiefnemer die flexibel omgaat met verplaatsingen en werkuren, en die impact wil maken voor klanten, voor het team en voor de toekomst. Kennis van onze producten, markt en klanten is een must, net als vloeiend Nederlands.
