Je stimuleert de commerciële groei van healthcare solutions bij apotheekgroepen, groothandels en thuiszorgorganisaties en andere eerste lijnszorgpartners.

Je creëert groei door deze markten te ontwikkelen, strategische partnerships op te zetten en klanten te ondersteunen met oplossingen binnen wondzorg en incontinentiezorg.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Mee ontwikkelen en implementeren van een commerciële strategie voor de Belgische markt.
  • Identificeren van nieuwe marktkansen en actief openen van nieuwe klanten en samenwerkingsverbanden.
  • Uitbouwen van strategische partnerships met apotheekgroepen, farmaceutische groothandels en thuiszorgorganisaties.
  • Adviseren van klanten over het brede aanbod aan medisch materiaal.
  • Stimuleren van de groei van productcategorieën zoals wondzorg en incontinentiezorg.
  • Beheren en ontwikkelen van strategische key accounts.
  • Onderhandelen van commerciële overeenkomsten en realiseren van omzet- en groeidoelstellingen.
  • Analyseren van markttrends, klantbehoeften en concurrentieontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar concrete commerciële initiatieven.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een commerciële, economische, farmaceutische of medische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in business development - strategic sales.
  • Netwerk binnen apotheekgroepen/farmaceutische groothandels en/of thuiszorgorganisaties is een must.
  • Sterke commerciële vaardigheden en aantoonbare ervaring in het ontwikkelen van nieuwe business.
  • Strategisch inzicht gecombineerd met een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak.Sterk in het opbouwen van relaties op beslissingsnemersniveau.
  • Uitstekende onderhandelings- en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en een goede professionele kennis van het Frans.
