Bij Unique zoeken we een Key Account Recruiter voor onze grotere, strategische klanten. Geen klassieke recruitmentjob, maar een rol waarin je recruitment, klantencontact en sales combineert.

Je werkt voor nationale klanten en zoekt talent over heel België. Van de Kust tot de Ardennen: jouw recruitmentwereld kent geen grenzen.

Jouw job?

Jij bent de schakel tussen onze key accounts en het talent dat zij zoeken.

  • Je zoekt actief naar kandidaten via onze eigen kanalen en jobboards.
  • Je spreekt kandidaten aan en ontdekt wat hen écht drijft.
  • Je screent en interviewt kandidaten.
  • Je maakt de juiste match tussen kandidaat en klant.
  • Je begeleidt kandidaten van eerste contact tot contract.
  • Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met onze strategische klanten.
  • Je bewaakt de opvolging van je vacatures en dossiers.
  • Je denkt commercieel mee en ziet kansen.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht, zonder het menselijke aspect uit het oog te verliezen.
