Als Key Account Manager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en help je hen met de juiste HVAC-oplossingen.

Je belangrijkste taken zijn:

  • Prospectie en klantencontactje zoekt nieuwe klanten en onderhoudt bestaande relaties je bespreekt hun noden en legt oplossingen duidelijk uit
  • Advies en offertesje geeft technisch en commercieel advies je maakt duidelijke offertes en volgt deze goed op
  • Onderhandelen en afstemmenje werkt samen met technische teams, aankoopdiensten en projectleiders je zorgt voor goede afspraken en lange termijn samenwerking
  • Opvolging na verkoopje blijft betrokken na de ondertekening je kijkt mee naar tevredenheid en toekomstige projecten
  • Blijven lerenje volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen in de HVAC-sector op je bouwt je expertise verder uit

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Onze klant zoekt een commerciële professional die zich thuis voelt in een technische context en graag relaties opbouwt.

  • je hebt ervaring in HVAC of een technische/commerciële omgeving
  • je kan technische info begrijpen en duidelijk uitleggen
  • je bent sterk in onderhandelen en adviesverkoop
  • je kan offertes lezen, voorbereiden en bespreken
  • je kan zelfstandig een klantenportefeuille beheren
