Je signaleert groeikansen, denkt mee met klantbehoeftes en vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams om de klanttevredenheid continu te verbeteren. Je zorgt voor een sterke klantbeleving in ieder onderdeel van de samenwerking. Wat vragen wij van jou? Wij zoeken een accountmanager met een passie voor relatiebeheer, commercieel inzicht en de drive om klanten langdurig aan ons te verbinden. In deze rol krijg je de kans om echt impact te maken binnen een competitieve en snelgroeiende e-commerce omgeving. Samen met jouw collega's in het Sales team heb jij veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en is er genoeg ruimte voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen om gezamenlijk een zo hoog mogelijke klanttevredenheid te bereiken.
