Heb je een passie voor tuinbouw én een commerciële mindset? Vind je het leuk om relaties op te bouwen, klanten te adviseren en innovatieve groenterassen succesvol in de markt te zetten? Dan is deze functie misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Als Key Accountmanager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor plantenkwekers en tuinbouwbedrijven, voornamelijk in Vlaanderen.

Je combineert technische kennis van teelt met commercieel inzicht en helpt klanten bij het kiezen van de meest geschikte groenterassen voor hun bedrijf.

Je bezoekt klanten, organiseert proeven en demonstraties van nieuwe rassen en begeleidt hen met deskundig teeltadvies.

Door nauw contact met de markt krijg je waardevolle inzichten in de behoeften van telers.

Die kennis deel je met de business- en R&D-teams van zodat nieuwe producten optimaal aansluiten bij de wensen van de sector.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met bestaande klanten en prospecten.
  • Je analyseert de behoeften en uitdagingen van tuinbouwbedrijven.
  • Je introduceert nieuwe groenterassen en begeleidt proefprojecten bij klanten.
  • Je geeft technisch en digitaal teeltadvies.
  • Je adviseert klanten over de marktintroductie van huidige en toekomstige producten.
  • Je signaleert marktontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar waardevolle input voor de organisatie.

Wie ben jij?

Je voelt je thuis in de wereld van de tuinbouw en haalt energie uit het combineren van techniek, relatiebeheer en commercie.

Je bent nieuwsgierig naar marktontwikkelingen, denkt in kansen en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen bij klanten.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een professionele bachelor, bij voorkeur in Agro- en Biotechnologie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Kennis van en ervaring met teeltprocessen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
  • Een goede beheersing van het Engels.
  • Een zelfstandige en ondernemende werkhouding.
