Onze klant is uitgegroeid tot één van de belangrijkste spelers ter wereld op gebied van diepvries aardappelproducten voor private labels.

Als Key Accountmanager beheer je een eigen toegewezen internationaal klantenpakket. Dit portefeuille is zeer gevarieerd en bestaat uit zowel klanten uit het Retailkanaal, Food Service Markt alsook uit de Fast Food Markt.

Jouw takenpakket: Customer Relations:

  • Onderhouden en uitbouwen van een uitstekende relatie met je klanten om op lange termijn positieve partnerships te ontwikkelen.
  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van een accountplan/accountanalyse.
  • Kennis opbouwen over je markt, ontwikkelingen en innovaties alsook inzicht creëren in een concurrentieel veld.
  • Proactief meedenken met je klant alsook met onze interne processen/afdelingen.
  • Bepalen van een korte opvolging betreffende de sales forecast van je klanten om een optimale forecast accuracy te bewerkstelligen.

Internal Relations:

  • Nauw samenwerken met het customer service departement betreffende logistieke uitdagingen, promotieplanning en debiteurenopvolging.
  • Rapporteren aan en nauw samenwerken met de verschillende Sales Managers.
  • Voorbereiden en mee opvolgen van de jaarlijkse negotiaties.
  • Nauwe opvolging van productontwikkelingen voor je klant en correcte status bijhouden.
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen betreffende het uitwerken van bepaalde projecten.
  • Zorgen dat de noden van de klant (productkwaliteit, verpakkingseisen, etc.) goed vertaald en opgevolgd worden.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma op zak en kan terugblikken op relevante ervaring in een commerciële functie, idealiter in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je bent een vlot en communicatief persoon, zowel in interne als externe communicatie.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Een extra andere taal is een pluspunt (bv. Spaans)
  • Je bent ondernemend en hebt een winnaarsmentaliteit, zonder de belangen van de klant en organisatie uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je bezit een oplossingsgerichte en creatieve denkwijze om problemen en opportuniteiten goed aan te pakken en om te zetten in business om zo de vooropgestelde resultaten te behalen.
  • Flexibiliteit, pro-activiteit, stressbestendigheid en drive typeren jou.
  • Ervaring met SAP is geen must, maar wel een sterke troef.
  • Prospecties, beurzen en klantenbezoeken geven jou een boost.
  • Ook 45-plussers worden aangemoedigd om zich kandidaat te stellen.
