- Key Accountmanager bij Adaptable - 40 - 40 uur - Eindhoven Ben jij een commercieel strateeg die verder kijkt dan relatiebeheer? Wil je invloed hebben op de koers van klanten én van de organisatie waarvoor je werkt? Bij Adaptable in Eindhoven krijg je de kans om een portefeuille van circa tien strategische klanten rechtstreeks vanuit de directie over te nemen en deze op jouw eigen wijze verder uit te bouwen. Meer weten? Functieomschrijving Dit is geen traditionele accountmanagementrol. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van duurzame groeistrategieën, het identificeren van nieuwe businessmodellen en het creëren van commerciële waarde op directie- en bestuursniveau. Je krijgt de vrijheid om richting te geven aan de verdere professionalisering van strategisch accountmanagement binnen Adaptable. Je wordt daarbij verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële ontwikkeling van een portefeuille van toonaangevende organisaties. Je opereert als trusted advisor voor besluitvormers zoals CIO's, IT-directeuren en andere stakeholders op directieniveau. Je analyseert organisaties vanuit een breed perspectief: strategische doelstellingen, investeringsagenda's, technologische ontwikkelingen, marktuitdagingen, contractstructuren en groeipotentieel. Op basis daarvan ontwikkel je een langetermijnvisie per klant en vertaal je deze naar een concrete commerciële roadmap. Je verbindt commerciële kansen aan inhoudelijke vraagstukken en weet complexe proposities overtuigend te positioneren bij senior decision makers. Daarbij weet je de verwachtingen van de klant goed over te dragen aan de interne organisatie van Adaptable en houd je overzicht dat alles volgens verwachtingen verloopt. Naast het verder ontwikkelen van bestaande relaties besteed je ongeveer 30% van je tijd aan new business.
